Welcome to Global Radio Support LLC (GRS).
Global Radio Support has been in operation since 2001, providing affordable, expert technical avionics training worldwide. The TEK training courses, developed by GRS, provide a cost effective approach to theory and troubleshooting training on a wide variety of aviation electronics equipment and topics. A complete list of courses and details along with ordering information is available on the Course Info page. Global Radio Support now has FAA Accepted, Inspection Authorization (IA) Renewal Training available. Courses that have been accepted by the FAA for IA license renewal are shown on the Instructor Led Training page. This training is also approved and accepted by the Dominican Republic’s Civil Aviation Authority. All TEK training courses are available as Instructor Led Training. The ILT course list can be found on the Instructor Led Training page. A current list of the web delivered and CBT TEK courses that are available can be found on the Web Delivered and CBT Training pages. Locally, training is available either directly from GRS or thru Kirkwood Community Colleges’ Kirkwood Training and Outreach Services group, (KTOS). All TEK training course have been developed by Darryl Hokanson, founder of Global Radio Support. Darryl has 45 years of avionics maintenance and training experience.
